Prices
How much does a solar park cost?
Prices include panels, inverter, mounts, electrical work and installation. A battery is not included — battery storage can be added now or later.
The price changes if:
- the capacity is larger or smaller than 15 kW
- the roof is flat or shingle and needs a special mount
- the plot needs preparation or cable runs are long
- battery storage or an EV charger is added
- the Elektrilevi connection capacity has to be increased

Solutions
What do we build?
Rooftop systems, ground-mounted plants and EV charging solutions — all turnkey, from one installer.

Rooftop solar
Solar panels for pitched, flat or shingle roofs. Every roof type gets its own mounting and wind-load solution.

Ground-mounted solar
A solar park built on the ground. Panels at the optimal angle, so higher output.

We generate, store and use
Solar panels produce the electricity, a hybrid inverter manages it, a battery keeps the surplus for the evening and a charger takes it to your car. One installer builds the whole chain.
Battery storage: the daytime surplus for the evening
The battery stores electricity produced in the daytime and gives it back in the evening or during a power cut. The diagram is illustrative.

Ground-mounted or rooftop — which to choose?
Rooftop suits you if the roof surface is free and south-facing. Ground-mounted suits you if you have more land than roof or want higher output.
In both cases we design the system around your consumption and connection capacity. If you are unsure which suits you, we come to inspect the site.

Process
How does building a solar park work?
A 15 kW solar park is completed in one working day, on a roof or on the ground. The whole way from the first call to the grid connection is five steps.
- 1
We inspect the site
We assess the suitability of the roof or plot, the connection capacity and the consumption profile.
- 2
We prepare a quote
We calculate capacity, production forecast and price — transparently, with no later extras.
- 3
We design and sort out permits
We deal with Elektrilevi and the local municipality for you.
- 4
We install in one day
Mounts, panels, inverter, fuses and cabling according to current standards.
- 5
We configure and hand over
We connect to the grid, set up monitoring, and issue the measurement protocol and warranty.
Payback
How fast does a solar park pay for itself?
6–7
years
without a battery or subsidies
Panels last over 25 years, so after payback the system produces free electricity for almost two more decades. If the project qualifies for a subsidy scheme, the payback period gets even shorter.
Payback depends above all on how much of the production goes to self-consumption. On self-consumed electricity you avoid paying the electricity price as well as the grid fee and the renewable energy charge.
Self-consumption can be raised in three ways

Reviews
What customers say on Google
Reviews from people we have built solar systems for, shown as published on our Google Business Profile.
How much does a 15 kW solar park cost?
A 15 kW rooftop system costs €9,840 + VAT and a 15 kW ground-mounted system €10,940 + VAT, both without a battery and including installation. The price covers panels, inverter, mounts and electrical work.
How long does installation take?
A 15 kW solar park is completed in one working day, on a roof or on the ground. The whole process from the first call to the grid connection takes longer because the Elektrilevi procedure adds its own time — the installation work itself is still one day.
Does a solar park pay for itself in Estonia?
Yes. The typical payback period is 6–7 years without a battery and without subsidies. Since panels last over 25 years, the system produces free electricity for almost two more decades after payback.
How large a solar park do I need?
It depends on your annual electricity consumption and connection capacity. In Estonia 1 kW of panels produces roughly 900 kWh a year — so a 15 kW plant gives about 13,500 kWh a year. We calculate the exact capacity from your consumption profile at the site visit.
Do solar panels produce electricity in winter?
Yes, but much less. Most of the annual production comes between March and September. Panels also work in cloudy weather, just at lower output. The winter shortfall is covered by the grid or battery storage.
Do I need a permit for a solar park?
A rooftop system on a home needs a building and use notice and an agreement with Elektrilevi on the connection (exception: a house still being built, where the plant is legalised during the occupancy permit procedure). A larger ground-mounted plant mostly needs a municipal procedure. We sort out the permits and notices for you.
Can solar panels be installed on an existing roof?
Yes. We install on pitched, flat and shingle roofs, each type with its own mounting solution. Before installation we assess the load-bearing capacity and condition of the roof. If the roof needs replacing in the coming years, we recommend doing the work together.
Can a battery be added to a solar plant later?
Yes. A battery can also be added to a plant installed years ago, either by swapping in a hybrid inverter or with a separate battery inverter. Which is cheaper becomes clear when we inspect the panel.
